How to prolong the countdown for when to close a "non responsive program"
Hi all, I have a program in a windows 7 enviroment which does some heavy calculations. When the user start the calculations the program crashes after some time. This is actually ok because the program allso have a save feature. The only problem is that the program doesn't haven enough time to save the work before the "program non responsive" countdown reaches 0 and closes the program. Any way to prolong the "program non responsive" countdown in Windows 7? /Casper"If you never ask you may never learn"

Hi Casper, The "program is not responding" issue is caused by CPU-intensive calculation, it might not respond in a timely fashion. How long it will remain depends on physical condition such as Processor or Memory. As far as I know there is no way to prolong the time of that problem. Meanwhile, I suggest contacting the program's provider for better assistance.
